Toll free lines ???31 Dec 2009 01:36 GMT8
I have had my toll free lines thru Inter-Tel for a long time.  A few years
ago they were bought out by Mitel.  Or Maybe they were always Mitel, but
something changed.  Anyway, they have started to become like AT&T was to
deal with and I am seriously considering shopping for a new ...

Napco F64CODE-K1VPS keypads26 Dec 2009 10:50 GMT2
One of our distributors sent me a brochure on these new Napco keypads.  I guess
they're trying to make up for their losses on the "freedom" kit they built for
ADT.  The keypads do look interesting, though.  They put in 4-zone expansion
modules like the K1-CA and earlier RP-CAe2.  ...

GE  GTS-50 Touchscren24 Dec 2009 07:02 GMT7
Anybody have any feedback on this?  I haven't ever recommended on to a
customer partly because of the high price but mostly because I have no
idea how well it works. Plus I've never been able to find it on the GE
security web portal ( I know, I know, shocking, right?)

Wire type for peripherals on residential burg/fire panels22 Dec 2009 06:36 GMT21

transformers, sirens, and of course fire devices ( and CO). I do this
whether or not the system will include fire devices initially. My
thought being if I don't and the owner decides on fire protection down
Ademco Vista 15P PGM output for armed condition21 Dec 2009 15:32 GMT26
Don't use Ademco much but have an application where the customer would
like an elevator disabled while the system is armed.  I think I've
seen pins coming off the board that references a PGM output?  Does
anyone know the details needed to give me a PGM output on a Vista 15p
