Have a customer has all vista  computers at his new office and is looking
for a DVR that has its viewing and control software that's vista compatible.
as much as i hate vista which it should be called Vista/me any one have any
suggestions

If a monitoring company says they support uplink for a fee, does this
imply they are supplying the network/line that uplink needs to place
the call?
How does this work? Uplink is hardware. who supplies the network?

Does anyone deal with this addressable fire system? Why does a module
cause multiple troubles on the panel, and even false fire alarms
indicating a totally seperate module?  Help!

You already have one of the most expensive contacts on the market.  Fire
some high price exec already and spend his salary on some decent bags.  I'm
getting really tired of picking your contacts up off the floor when the
bottom falls out of the bag.  I can gaurantee this is costing ...

I always make sure I send out all the customer Christmas cards out by
the first of each December.
Most of the late paying stragglers feel guilty and by the middle of

I disarm the alarm with neither the doors&windows or Motion Sensors
on. Yet the motion sensor causes the alarm to trip. What's up with
that? I've had to take the battery out of the motion Sensor to stop
