If a monitoring company says they support uplink for a fee, does this imply they are supplying the network/line that uplink needs to place the call? How does this work? Uplink is hardware. who supplies the network?

I always make sure I send out all the customer Christmas cards out by the first of each December. Most of the late paying stragglers feel guilty and by the middle of the next week their checks are usually in the mailbox.

New Simon 3 all with fresh batteries. I disarm the alarm with neither the doors&windows or Motion Sensors on. Yet the motion sensor causes the alarm to trip. What's up with that? I've had to take the battery out of the motion Sensor to stop
