How do you handle your contracts?
Do you have everything on 2-part forms or do you have a signature sheet
only and give the customer a copy of the terms and conditions?

I am using OE. I am receiving all messages. I can post a new message. When I
reply to a post it does not show up even though it shows that is was sent.
Feel free to answer since I cannot respond to any smart a.s
comments......yet.

Hi people,
I'm a newbie, playing with the idea of a DIY system.  I'm a bit confused
about the monitoring market - just saw a website for a monitoring service in
northern CA with various plans (around 8 different ones).
