I was twice the price but almost half the monitoring and I ended up winning

Samsung Phone System Certification31 Oct 2007 14:57 GMT2
Wow!  This is really exciting stuff...  NOT!  I don't understand why all
these manufacturers require certification on their stuff.  Give me a set of
manuals and I can install it.  Their certification course is really over
view stuff at best.  So far I have covered hardware general ...

I have one of these ( http://tinyurl.com/ynklcs ) and it seems to work
really well except for people who use Vista/IE7 and FireFox. I have called
Ademco (Honeywell) Video and they tell me they have never had a firmware
update for it but I kinda find that hard to believe since ...

Tech-Help! Release 11/07 Version "B"(inky)30 Oct 2007 01:26 GMT1
Jim's been workin' overtime getting the "B" release of "Tech Help!"
ready.  Download it at http://www.yoursecuritysource.com/faqs.htm.  The
significant change in this version is that Jim has cross-referenced all
of the "so called" Brinks equipment to the original manufacturer(s). ...
Do the math, Joel!!29 Oct 2007 05:43 GMT6
OK...  I just heard the latest "AlarmFarce" ad on the radio.  "Over
150,000 AlarmFarce protected homes"... Yeah...  right...  Their latest
financial statement says they have a subscriber base of 66,300.  That's
a pretty impressive number but no where near HALF of "150,000".  He ...
Area Code Change:  Ademco Vista 5029 Oct 2007 05:16 GMT15
We recently had an area code change and my monitored system is no
longer calling out.
My monitoring company sent me a certified letter (after 3 weeks)
offering to send someone at an excessive (to me) cost for a call that
So I've made the "switch"29 Oct 2007 02:16 GMT21
Upgraded to Windoze Vista Ultimate.  Figured it was time to get my feet
wet.  I had to install the sucker three times.  Kept blue screening on
me.  Fixed the problem with MS Office (it kept asking me to "accept" or
"decline" the licensing agreement).  Other minor glitches are the ...

Re: Anybody know if Rojas went to Texas?29 Oct 2007 00:00 GMT3
Anybody know if Jim showed up for that court hearing last Friday?  If not,
the U.S. Marshals may be making some travel arrangements for him.  All
expenses paid, one way.  But he might not like the accomodations.
