Replacement board came today, and it works. So the original DSC 4020CF panel
was bad out of the box. To those DSC guys lurking, Your QC SUCKS, and your
"tech support" may as well not exist.

I have a four cam Jpeg 2000 set up in my house and I can watch it over
the internet. I use the DVR Remote Viewer 1.3 software.
The DVR box has jacks for audio and I'd like to hook one up. The
software viewer does not seem to have any audio controls though.

I have a customer with a Gilbarco pos system and he wants to tie in the pos
data to the video picture.
I have the equipment but i have not done this with the gilbarco system
before.

Hi I was wanted to see if anybody knows how this is done. I was
working on a Radionics Panel and somebody set up a extension cord to
arm wheels. The extension cord plugs in to a regular outlet and on the

I have just recently diyed an FBI xl 2t alarm for my house. Every
thing is working fine, except that I cannot disarm / arm remotely in
the event that it is triggers the alarm when lightning strike or kids

Getting a building or electrical permit in Vancouver (let alone
arranging for an inspection) is a real pain these days.  Not only that
the strikers figure they can park just about anywhere.  This civic
strike reeks (literally)!  Some days I wish I was drivin' an Abrams.  :-)

Any one else having problems with Ademco V Plex smokes model 5192sd last 8
jobs have had nothing but headaches with units bad out of bax or going bad
within weeks of install. other products seem to work perfectly fine.
