I want to go with one of these systems. I'm not happy that they make you sign up for 3 years without a trial period. I freely admit I know nothing about these. Can someone with no affiliation to any of these please give me some advice as to which is the best option? Would I

Has anyone hardened a DSC System against RFI? I am an amateur radio operator and had a problem on almost all frequencies until I put in . 001 mfd caps on each loop, and put a snap on choke around the hardwire lines. Now the only problem is when I transmit on 80m (3.700Mhz)

It seems Brinks Home Security is threatened by what I am able to do with their antique equipment. Brinks claims they own all equipment even if it ends up in the trash...interesting reading, if you want a good laugh... :) Enjoy!

I have a Wirless CCTV camera, that is powered via a DC12V/500mA power adapter. Is it possible to make this compleley "wire free" by using a solar panel and a solar battery? For an example of the camera, see here:

Howdyall Hey, on an XL2 if you don't know the installer code I forgot how to get it out or reset it..is it the same as Ademco stuff? Gotta do a preinstalled apartment system tomorrow for a client of ours.

Ok guys...I was able to get the July 2007 beta version up and running. I can use some content in the next few weeks to make things interesting. I am looking for any text data that I can cut & paste, plus any 640x480 pics of anything you would like to see in the publication.
