About configurations...?
Anyone have an opinion of whether to use a standalone Vista 20p or 20ps with
a seperate 7845i instead of the Vista-20pi version? Note I'm connecting to
VIOP Comcast line to the monitoring station.

We had one of the large phone carriers go down in western pa who handle only
buissness clients at 7pm they have about 30% of the market .Customer calls
me from his cell phone  his rest. he has no phone lines. I run up to place
and find T1 line down try to get hold of carrier ...

I bought a IR illuminator for use with a color/B&W pinhole camera, It
doesn't pick up much better than in total darkness. Are their different IR
illuninator freqs? The IR is supposed to work with any camera.

Is it a problem if a network DVR street camera is picking up private
properties yards and such? I want to cover the front yard of a customers
property sidewalk, street but it may not be possible to eliminate the
neighbors  properties. Thanks in advance.

Any data on a camera that caluclates cars speed.

I have a Ademco Vista 20se.  The keypad is a little warn out. I was looking
at getting a touch screen keypad to replace the warn out one.  I am not
finding one to match my system.  Do I need up upgrade the main panel to get
the better keypad?

If i buy a good quality outdoor security camera with RCA type cables and
plugs and and install it by my well lighted front entrance door and run the
