I am new in this group and found a lot of interesting discussion here.
Question please:
1. What is the difference between a Siren and a Speaker?
2. My DSC PC3000 has two bells ( Siren? or Speaker?).

I have an ADT Ademco Microtech (Galaxy 60 Residential with Fire Default),
been with ADT for about 4 years, over the past 6 months it has not been
monitored :-( yet they still took the money.
I want now just the bells option but they want £100 to fix that... Even

Continue to recommend wireless alarm systems regardless the fact that
they are not working when Radio Frequency Interferences (RFI) occur.
Those are generated by multiple sources + intruders.

We have a ADT PC5508z alarm system installed in our house. It is not
active (i.e., we don't have a contract with ADT) right now. Two days
ago, the thing started beeping every few seconds, and by looking
through the manual, I figured out that it was a low battery warning.

I lost the installer code on my Ademco Vista 10SE system.
How do I get a new installer code?
Then following sequential process DID NOT recover the installer code;
Power down the system (including battery)

The trouble light that's lit on the panel indicates that the issue is "The
panel has failed to communicate with the central station."
