Whats a decent 8 channel <dedicated>  DVR with built in networking?
The remote software would need to do all the DVR functions, not just
remote view. For about $600.

I'm interested in learning alarms, I am looking to buy one used on eBay and
looking for a model that would give me an over all understanding of what's
involved in setting them up.
Is this feasible and what brand model would you guys recommend I look for ?

DSC 5020, new in the box, installed today. Showed battery trouble, well the

I have a customer who is an amateur radio operator and is complaining
that whenever he is transmitting he trips the smoke detector we
installed (System Sensor 2012HA).  He is asking for a smoke that is
better designed for RF Immunity.

Can I some where get a installers code for Pennsylvania or National Fire
alarm requirements.
