So I had a customer with an old VCR/Multiplexer call me yesterday having
problems with the system, hasn't worked for at least a month they tell me,
but now they need it repaired so they can view an incident that happened
last week.

I've selected the GE Concord 4 for our home and managed to use many, if not
most, of the pre-existing sensors. I have the basic system up and running

Last night I activated my ADT alarm system to "STAY" before I went to bed.
Today morning when I woke up, the alarm system was in TURNED OFF or NOT
ARMED state.
Any body know whay might have happened and how is this possible ?
