So all of you don't think I'm lying, here is what I did. I built one of the PC Link cables, downloaded the DLS software and logged into the alarm system. Here is the printout of the entire system. What am I missing?

We have a home alarm system, installed about 15 years ago, with an Acron control. About two weeks ago someone was working on the roof, and evidently the vibration caused the door magnetic sensor to fall out. We did not notice it, but now the door zone is always lit.

Have had a DSC 632 alarm system for a while but today there are no lights on the keypad and I can't arm. Just beeps real loud and then won't let me do anything. Shouldn't at least one light be on? Thanks

I have a DSC Power 632. It is set to automatically send Contact ID. I set up the smoke for zone type 88. When testing, it triggers a fire zone locally, but the CS is getting a burg signal. Am I missing something?

I have an ademco vista 20 with a 6150 keypad. Have had it for about 3 years. In the middle of the night last night, the alarm sounded for about 15 seconds, then turned off on its own. There was no record of anything happening on the keypad...in fact it still had the red light
