After taking over a Power 832 from ADT the other night, as per usual, the next day I tried to dial in to check my settings. No matter how many times I connect (using auto detect or otherwise), the software tells me it cannot identify the panel.

| Rolling codes | 09 May 2006 02:58 GMT | 3 |
The battery in my remote failed, and I took it out to purchase a new one. A few days later, I installed the new battery, and the LED in the remote lights, but without any response from the car's alarm system. The other remote works fine, so it is not the car alarm. Any ideas? ...

| Salesman Ratio | 05 May 2006 02:47 GMT | 5 |
Does anyone here subscribe to this theory? I understand one of my competitors says he has 2 salesmen for every installer he has. They do custom homes and pre-wire most of them. Seems like you would end up with a bunch of extra salesmen to me.? What ratio do you guys have?
