I have a DSC alarm system with 3 Encore (EN-301D?) PIR's. I had asked for pet friendly sensors but these ones clearly aren't and have been quoted an exorbitant price to have them replaced. Can anyone tell me if they actually need replacing or is this a selectable feature?

I have a cousin in another state and she has a FA-1220C. Does anyone know if this system is obsolete or if parts, keypads, wireless expander is still availability for this model. I thought it might be an Ademco panel made for First Alert, but was a modified Vista 10 or 20.
