Why would an online dealer who is supposedly committed to customer service offer multiple web sites from which to shop? Could it be that the Better Business Bureau has a couple of his companies "on radar"? I mean, really!!

Alarm question - I'm just curious, does anybody do anything like this? A few months ago some friends of mine had their house burglarized while they were at work (no alarm, now they have one). Basically the thieves came in and tossed the place upside down looking for things.

Just wondering if there's a risk of false alarms on a motion (DSC's BV300, not pet immune) which faces a computer about 12-15 feet away (blinking led's, screensavers, etc.) It's been good so far... just don't want to have any problems over Christmas

Any one use the combo smoke / CO detectors? Any pros or cons? Got a new construction that is inquiring about them. Saw some at the distributor but have not tried them. Don't suppose they come in 2 wire config? Huh? TIA

I am debating beetween getting a GE Simon 3 system or an ADT Safewatch 3000 pro RF. I tried to weight the pro and cons of each system (see below) and it looks like the Simon 3 is a winner. Am I right?

Have a customer w/ a Simon 2. He wants a remote keypad. I was looking at the remote touchpad w/voice, but it looks like it only works with the Simon 3. What is apropro for the Simon 2.
