Does anyone have thoughts on these kinds of crimp connectors requiring
just a set of pliers?  I typically solder my connections and then

Anyone know how to get in to a PC1565 panel with installer lock-out ?
Just moved in to a house, with a PC1565 tried defaulting the panel, but it
seems it has the lock-out feature enabled and the security company that
installed it no longer exist.

It looks like AES IntelliNet has been out there for a while.  I am
wondering if anyone is using an AES IntelliNet Radio Network who has
more remote control then what the Net7k (DOS PC) Provides?  We have
Dealers who like to have full-access, which isn't availble to them

Has anyone installed any completely stand-alone solar-powered system?

Anyone have any details on the protocol used by Honeywell Notifier

The manual says to use EOL resistors "even if the zone is not used."
Are they suggesting to simply short the zone with an EOL resistor even
though I'm not going to use that zone and not going to program it into
the panel?  I thought I'd just leave the zone open and the panel
