When an alarm is triggered the panel normally dials the number programmed to
report the alarm.

For example, when the keypad displays "Ready to Arm", it also displays
the name of the business or security company?

Guys, just to follow up on my last post, I met this morning with the company
to see an operational "hands on" unit of the IP device I spoke about a while
ago. This is NOT a solution for the VoIP problem with alarm panels; however,
it does provide a GENERIC solution for ANY alarm ...

I have a Veritas R8 alarm system.  It is one of the older types, installed
about 7 years ago.  I am after the installation manual for this alarm.
