Is there a surface mount contact which has some sort of tamper device if the
magnet is unscrewed from the door? Manufacturer? Model number?
This would prevent the situation where there is a door which opens out,
there is a surface mount contact on the door frame, a surface mount ...

I had an ESP infinite wireless alarm installed in December, the
engineer did not provide a master code however. Now I need to move the
main box (as a door is going there) and add a new sensor to the system.
The company that installed it will not provide me with the master code

As a vender I have three types of panels going to my central station.
My central station recently made changes.
The Contact Id panels go in, in  seconds. The 4+2 take 90 - 120 seconds from
alarm to the printing of the alarm at the central station.
