I'd like to install a 6270 on my Vista20P, but I have version 2 firmware.
Can the firmware be upgraded, or do I have to replace the panel PCB?

I'm looking for the software wich can record video from analog capture card
(Winfast TV expert..). I have 1 CCTV camera connected, I do not need any
special features only motion activated recording. The may be software wich
can capture PC desktop activation.

I have an Ademco 20PS and was wondering if there was a way to set it up
such that only some zones have entry delays in Away mode.  Ideally, I'd
like only the garage and front doors to have entry delays, while all
windows and backyard sliders would have 0 delay.

This isn't that important, I'm just curious.  the oblong knockout in
the middle of the Ademco can lids, what's that for?  I know the one by
the edge is for the key lock but the one in the middle stumps me.

I am unable to get my 236i2 to dial out.  The phone line is just a
single pair if I unplug it from the rj connector and plug it in to a
phone there is a dial tone.
All panel options are pretty well default.

I have a 3 button remote connected to my 236i2 panel.  Have just had to
default the panel, does anyone have any idea as to what type the remote

I recently purchased a home with a Burns-Citadel alarm panel. Aparently this
is a panel manufactured and local to Saint Louis. It doesn't work. Does
anyone have a terminal strip lay out for this panel tha they can post to
this group? I don't want to reallyy have to reverse ...

Jim had mentioned he knows how to re-program the telephone number in a
Monitronics Lynx panel.  Can anyone tell me how this is done?  Does it take
a new chip or a special programmer?  Jim are you willing to tell me how you
do this or point me in the right direction so I can learn ...
