I post on a regular basis since 2001 that wireless alarm systems are
unreliable during Radio Frequency Interferences (RFI).
Since that time, several professional specialists (they call
themselves like that but I don't see why in view of theyre knowledge)

3- I don't know the installer or master code (new homeowner - old alarm company out of biz). Default codes have been changed. I forget the procedure to tell ...

I've been doing a lot more back-up cell and radio installs recently.
Just curious about what signals yall send.
Been asking around my area, and find that a lot of installers use the
backup for Burg only.

I need help programming a Monitronics lynx panel.  I am able to change the
account number but not the dialer number.  When I go to the location for the
dialer number it shows EE  Is the location for the phone number the same in
a standard lynx as the monitronics??

I am currently wiring up a vista 20p system and have run into a situation
where I will have rought 8-10 wires going to 1 screw post for aux power.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a cleaner way to wire this up so
that the wires will not be so messy to the single post?

I have 8 perimeter zones and 4 motion detectors in my system. I have a
keypad on the first floor and one in the master bedroom. I set up the
motions so that they are bypassed in "stay" mode. This is great for

Anyone know where I can find a Simon 2 programming manual?
I ripped one out of a warehouse last week, and want to muck around with it...have no intention of installing this silly thing anywhere though. Just rainy-day curiousity.
