Does anyone know how to reset the compatibility number on Napco keypads when
the old number isn't known?  My tech set one accidently and doesn't know
what he put in.  Now keypad is useless.

I have a restraunt customer here in Houston that has been burgled at least
three times.  Tonight (4:15AM) a burglar cut the phone line and entered
again.  Uplink backup activated and the police caught him!  He wasn't
worried about the alarm since he had cut the wire!  We will do ...
