A few months ago Woot had a Samsung surveillance package for 119.00 + 5.00 S&H that I bought and would like to buy another. Actually, I really only need the cameras but would buy the whole system to get them. Is there anyone here that bought this and is having "buyers remorse" ?

My house was completly pre-wired for a security system when it was built. I am now in the process of installing the hardware and I ran into a snag. I installed the first of 3 keypads (Ademco 6160) right where I wanted it by the garage door, but it didn't seem to be getting

Its now since 4 years that i first mentioned: - Wireless Alarm Systems are UNRELIABLE during Radio Frequency Interferences (RFI); - Theyre is no warning that the system is muzzled to dead.

How come, after a while, the original posts disappear and all we're left with on Usenet is some RE's. Are messages auto-deleted by date or something? Or, do I have something set incorrectly on my newsreader? Or, is it RFI MUZZLING ??? oh god no...don't let it be THAT !!

Hello Folks, I'm trying a do-it yourself security system installation and I have appeared to have lost the manual for the keypad. It's a 6150 (with a vista 20P REV3). One of the steps is that I need to set the address to 16, but I don't know how.
