The USPS has no record that your package, i.e. my board, was actually shipped out. I contacted them and they told me that their system would have been updated the very same evening at the latest if the package was shipped that day.

Jim, I spoke too soon. The installer code worked for viewing the alarm log, but not for programming (via the keypad). I entered:

There is a brown wire from the key pad that is supposed to be hooked to the PGM lug. Where is this elusive lug on a p3200. Also there is a gray wire that is supposed to hook to the alarm com. which I can't seem to locate????????
