This is an OmniPro and everything was installed with great care. All the wiring is single pieces, no splices. The contacts are GRI's and the connections are soldered and heat-shrunk. Never had a problem for 6 years on this system.

Early this morning, about 2:30 am, our system went into full alarm. I went in to check and it was (Living Room Window) (Zone 1) that had caused the alarm. So I punch in the code, and it disarms. Then I rearm and go back to bed. About 15 or 20 minutes later the alarm goes

I'm doing some home renos and need to move a DSC PC1500 keypad a couple of feet. How do I get this thing off the wall without breaking something? Have tried prying it gently but nothing seems to want to give. Trying to paint in the morning so a quick reply would be super!

I recently installed a replacement bell-box (flashguard from Radionics). When the alarm is activated the strobe flashes but the external bell does not sound. The bell does work as I found out when I opened cover.
