the panel and it worked imtermitantly.  Since I rarely make any changes, it

Toronto installers?26 Sep 2004 07:02 GMT5
Hm. I now have two people in Toronto asking me where they can get an alarm
system like mine (DSC 832). I've tried two separate people suggested in this
newsgroup, and nobody will return calls! Is everyone so busy they are
turning away business?

get any graphics on it i.e. company name details etc. I'm getting mixed
responses from people on the pros and the cons. Some say it will attract
theives and others say it will be good for business.
Smoke Detector in the Garage26 Sep 2004 00:41 GMT9
I live in the Pacific Northwest where its fairly common to have the
gas appliances (Furnace and Hot-Water Heater) installed in the garage.

Lockout codes24 Sep 2004 13:17 GMT56
Just received my copy of SSI magazine and read Al Colombo's article which,
by the way, had some quotes in there from our own R H Cambell. Watch it
Robert, you'll become a Rock Star. Al seems to have agreed with the author
of a post on this NG about the unethical abuse of the lockout ...
Keypad is beeping rapidly and saying BAT, but there's no battery?24 Sep 2004 04:26 GMT12
The alarm system at my brother's house is a Vista 10SE, with a
6127/6128 keypad.  The keypad is beeping loudly and rapidly and

intermittently displays BAT, which apparently means a low system
