Anyone out there have a Micro 5 Install Manual PDF?  I have many in book

It looks like my Hayes 1200 external (10 dip version) has died.  I reset it,
and it seems to work properly, but it doesn't send any initialization tones.
Anybody got a spare they are willing to sell?
