It looks like my Hayes 1200 external (10 dip version) has died.  I reset it,
and it seems to work properly, but it doesn't send any initialization tones.
Anybody got a spare they are willing to sell?

I have an 832 panel with one LCD5500Z keypad.
Whenever I want to do anything...arm / disarm / program / whatever, I always
have to press * to select system first. I have tried to set the kypad as a
global keypad, a partition 1 keypad, to no avail. Is there a setting that

Is it possible to acknowledge alarm-call , from "pc 5010"by private phone?
Unlike "pc585" or "pc1565" it hasn't option "06, residential dial" in
section 360. Somekind of software update, perhaps?
