Got it runnin on the test bench and its been sayin "Busy-Stand By....D1" for about 2 days now. I dunno the installer code but I figger ADT or some company shut the dialer/system down with the downloader software. Would it be possible to recover this panel with the downloader ...

Whatever how good you may feel about the professionals slurfers who attempt to mask and hide reality, use theyre wireless alarm systems if you like to have problems (or not, RFI just close ALL your warnings). Paul
