| DEAD BATTERY | 23 Dec 2003 15:03 GMT | 39 |
Mike- I have no idea what others are thinking, but the back- up battery in ANY alarm system, irregardless of manufacture needs to be changed once a year to maintain maximum performance in the event of power failure.

| Need some advice on choosing a wireless alarm system | 23 Dec 2003 06:58 GMT | 9 |
I'm moving to Brunei in a couple of months and have been advised to buy a wireless alarm system to take with me as they're hard to get out there. I can't use a wired system, because I'll be in rented accomodation. The sort of specs I think I need are as follows.
