 My redneck neighbor's pitbull killed my two pet birds I had on my back lawn,
inside a cage, sitting two feet from my screened-in porch.  I was not home at
the time, but my roomate said the neighbor has already admitted to it.  I'd
like to have the dog moved out of the neigborhood ...
