BP gasoline boycott?12 Aug 2006 20:24 GMT53

pipe line due to their faulty maintenance.  They say this will increase
the price of gasoline about 15 to 20 cents per gallon.
They have made billions in profit recently.  How dare they make us pay

help needed with wet crawl space09 Aug 2006 04:36 GMT1
My house has a 4' crawl space with a dirt floor and a heck of a mold

I've installed 20 mil plastic to protect the foundation wall and run
the plastic 3' out from the foundation wall to a french drain. I've
[Fwd: USA CUTS TESTING FOR MAD COW]09 Aug 2006 02:41 GMT8
What Big Business Big Business gets. It's only a a percentage of the
population that would die from Mad Cow, after all. They aren't worth the
cost. Since the disease might not develop in people for 8 to 10 years
all the evidence would be gone and Big Business would deny it knew
NOT willow trees08 Aug 2006 10:33 GMT11
Any suggestions for a tree that can tolerate wet ground, but not have the
problems associated with willow trees, such as spreading out, growing
downward, growing sideways, leaning/falling, etc.?

"Real deal" temperature?!?07 Aug 2006 13:10 GMT9

it's stepping over the line when the heat index is referred to as the
"real deal".  And, this one of the two local tv stations is becoming more
the evening weather with news rather than the other way around.  ...
Deer Ticks06 Aug 2006 20:45 GMT13
I was recently tagging out some evergreens for digging. Naturally I had to
walk the fields.
We had tagged from early morning, to almost night fall. My co-worker told
me the next day, he found a tick on himself that night. He said it didn't
