There is a very interesting article on http://LiveToBe100.org about how
to drastically increase you gas mileage.  The great thing about it is
you don't have to buy anything.  The guy has some very interesting
ideas and it won't cost you anything to try them.

So I have been corrected.  It is a 2 stroke engine, but like a 4 cycle
engine it has separate exhaust and intake functions, with a scavenging rate
