I have a rottotiller with a leak where the tire meets the rim. I need to get the wheel off so I can take it to a tire place and get it fixed. I tried WD40 and I tried heating it with a propane torch. It wont budge. I'm not sure I got it hot enough, I was afraid I'd burn the ...

I have between 50 to 100 very large stumps (red cedar) I'd like to remove from a remote parcel of land. This land is accessible only by air, boat, or foot, making mechanical methods of removal impractical, and hiring someone to go in and shoot the stumps would cost far more

| driving a tractor on the septic tank? | 29 May 2005 07:35 GMT | 11 |
I have an M tractor with a scoop that I want to use to dig close to the house. The easiest approach is over the septic tank, which is still partly exposed. If I cover it with a foot of dirt, will it support the tractor? The tractor with scoop is probably 6000 pounds.

| I bought a Barbecue! | 29 May 2005 05:44 GMT | 15 |
I succumbed to the Lure of Lowe's yesterday, and bought a "Super Pro Professional Char-Griller" with the "Texas Smoker" attachment. It's a little shorter than a 55 gallon drum, about the same diameter. It has cast iron cooking grates. The "Texas Smoker" is a separate fire box

My generator with a Honda GX270 engine suddenly stopped running. My first thought was that it was low on oil. I checked it and it seemed to be within the acceptable level but filled it to full. Didn't help. I took out the spark plug and grounded it and the spark looked weak and

| charring fence posts | 25 May 2005 00:56 GMT | 14 |
I went by a neighbors organic farm today and she is installing a new livestock fence. She is using metal T-posts with what look like split cedar posts at the corners and as strain relief in the middle. Nothing odd about it.
