I would like to know if anyone has had experience with an AC inverter (
modified sine wave ) powered shallow well pump ? I am would like to purchase
a pump / motor set which does not mind modified sine wave .

I don't know where I could get better responses than here, so:
If you boil meat with fat attached, such as corned beef, or boiled dinner,
is the boiled fat still "fat", or has much of the fat been boiled off and
just gristle or some such left?

I am considering building a large garage/pole barn using metal.
I am very concerned with lightening strikes due to where I live.
My house is nearly the highest thing in town.  When we get lightening
it's always dancing around us.  There had been a tree next to the

the fellow leasing the land stores and rolls out the hay bales in the winter
right immediately next to the fence line closest to our house; probably 100
yards or so from my shop, a little more to our house. ...
