How often do you get your furnace / AC maintained. I live in cold climate with 2-3 months of hot. I was recommended yearly for both. Are the extended service plans worth the extra cost.

I would not use bleach to get rid of mold, I found when you use mold happens to come back. There is a few products out there one I did like was the Safe Shield and Molderizer kit.. u can look on the web and should be able to find them. I do not know the exact address.

I'm lookin to get an AC window unit in my 9x12 office.. not sure on the btu i would need, but i have a lot of computer equipment forcing the ambient temp in the room from about 78 to as high as 85 at times (at mid height in the room)..

the aluminum stranded wires seem to be held in the 2 pole breakers (under the screws) with BIGGER headed screws. ARE those bigger-headed screws ONLY for use to hold in aluminum wire? this image should make clear what I'm talking about (an extreme closeup)
