How often do you get your  furnace / AC maintained. I live in cold
climate with 2-3 months of hot.  I was recommended yearly for both.

I started to remodel my small 870 square foot house in 1994.  I wanted

I would not use bleach to get rid of mold, I found when you use mold

We live in a manufactured home.  The ceiling is made out of this odd,
funky paneled looking stuff.  We dry-walled over it and we were quite
happy with the results.  This was 7 years ago.  Then a little while
ago we had a leak in the roof and as a result had to relocate a couple

the aluminum stranded wires seem to be held in the 2 pole breakers
(under the screws) with BIGGER headed screws.
ARE those bigger-headed screws ONLY for use to hold in aluminum wire?

I have an exterior door, well actually it's not an exterior door that
opens to the interior, but an exterior door that opens into a
courtyard, so basically it's exposed to the weather on both sides.
