My heavy wooden gate fell off its mounting, completely ripping out the
screw(Bolts?) that held it.
Upon closer inspection, the screws that ran through the hinges were
not sunk into the post (something like a 6''x6''x6foot above ground)

I tried out my new Zoeller non-automatic .3 hp sump pump, and the
instructions say to drill a 3/16 hole on the discharge pipe about
equal to the top of the machine.  I did this, and not only does it
reduce the discharge pressure, but it makes an irritating spraying

Apparently I have some air in one and only section of my sprinklers.
They heads bob up and down and there is a horrendous noise throughout
the house from the water hammer. Only one section is impacted. Any

I'm going to put a microwave over our range like we did in our old
house, the dedicated circuit is already there for it so that part is

Went shopping about a week ago. A ziooion cars in front of the bldg.
