GFI in kitchen07 Apr 2008 00:09 GMT6
What is the timeframe when GFI protection was required in a kitchen?
Was it different for bathrooms and outdoor receptacles?
This is just for a neighborhood discussion.
Thanks
low voltage wire splice06 Apr 2008 23:43 GMT5
I have low voltage landscape lights in my yard.  There was a break in a long
run.  I spliced it together and covered it with vinyl electrical tape.  A
few days later, it looked like it had coroded or burned through at the
splice.  The wire fused ends were covered with green ...

Islam is a verb and a noun at the same time.
The first meaning of "Islam" is the verb from the root "aslama" (a

I did a load of wash, and then put in a second load. Pressed the power
button, NOTHING.  Tried a few more times, still no power. I looked at
the trouble shooting section of the owner's manual. It stated to
unplug the machine and wait 60 seconds. I did this, pressed the Power

Two questions about working with concrete mix06 Apr 2008 21:08 GMT3
One corner of my back porch foundation has crumbled to the point where I had to put in a
temporary fix, a 2" x 8" board hammered into place under the outside joist which is
holding it up fine - for now.
However it will need something more permanent and I'll get a heavy construction ...

simple, but stupid06 Apr 2008 17:23 GMT6
New kitchen, new sink. the strainer will stop water draining, but to

the purpose of the strainer. I tried adjusting the rubber seal and
Thinking about Mom06 Apr 2008 14:28 GMT1
Doing home repairs for Mom makes me think about Mother's Day coming up
very soon and I had to pass this along. I found an under the radar
site with a few gifts for mothers. Reasonably priced, too. Found one
for 4.95. You can see it at www.sharonsoileau.com

Spanish/territorial style affect.  The city inspector says I should take
