I have some exterior fascia that are pressure treated wood and I like to
paint them.  Do I use a primer?  Is it ok to use acrylic primer and paint?
Like Benjamin Moore Fresh Start and paint?

My wife picked up some tray serving tables at a good price. While the tables
are great ,they are finished with a black surface that looks like paint. Can
I use poly over the tops to protect them from scratching etc. I hate to have
to strip and sand a cheap wood product.

What is the best way to attach ready-made 4' x 8' redwood lattice
panels to the horizontal rafters of my patio cover?  Do I use nails or
screws?  Do I attach the panels to the rafters tightly or loosely (so
the panels can expand/contract during the year)?

My old (but usually trusty)  Ariens snow blower won't engage the wheel
drive.  The engine is fine, and the auger drive belt was recently
replaced.
I'm not familiar with the wheel drive system, so if anyone can give me
