| Sanded or unsanded grout | 06 Feb 2008 22:44 GMT | 1 |
When I was buying grout, the tile salesmen insisted that if the grout lines are greater than 1/8" we must use sanded grout. (My grout lines are irregular and in a few places are indeed greater than 1/8".) My tile setters, on the other hand, tell me that they never use sanded

I am looking too install a roof-mounted attic exhaust fan. Is there a good place for reviews? I am especially interested in a quiet fan as it will be right above the bedroom. The space is small (450 sq ft) with a low roof pitch, so I don't need a large one.

A while ago I picked up a cheap, no-name pneumatic brad nailer. The instructions that came with it are pretty much useless. It's worked well the few times I've used it. I'm going to be installing some molding with this gun and don't want to

My snowblower, probably like a lot of them, has the muffler located right smack in front of the operator. I smell like a refinery after 30 minutes of snowblowing. Has anyone heard or seen of anyone putting a black iron pipe extension

Out of the blue, my <1 yo Kenmore Dishwasher (model # 665.16032401) is making a steady noise (not grinding or the high-pitched whine associated with the water pump not pumping water) but a middle-of-the-road steady noise. Right now the noise

Hi... We're having some remodeling done that involves pulling off some drywall here and there. The house is not very well insulated, and we were thinking of re-insulating at least the parts that get exposed.
