I need some help to figure out why my range shorts out. If I turn it on, but I just touch the indicator light (the little light the size of your finger nail) that tells you the element is on, the range breaker trips and then the main house breaker.

I admit I'm lazy. My concrete patio is only a couple of years old. I've decided to apply concrete sealer to protect and extends its life. It doesn't have any grease stains, dirt or mildew. Do I still need to use a concrete cleaner before applying the sealer?
