OK, so I replaced the pressure release valve and maybe I broke the pump in the process. I have a Lochinvar hot water boiler with a B&G pump heating radiators. Initially water was leaking out of the pressure release valve.

I live in upstate NY and my house is heated with a furnace. The air in my house is slightly on the dry side during the winter. When someone takes a hot bath in the house should the hot water be left in the tub till it cools down? It seems that if it were then it would contribute

I have a client who wants to refinish his garage floor. He previously put down a gray stain. That started peeling after a few years, so he put a two-part epoxy on top. I'm assuming he followed the directions. He most likely did.

I've got a Delonghi oil filled radiator that's about six years old. It has no visible leaks, but when hot it gives off an odor. It's subtle, but not pleasant and just strong enough to make us want to get rid of it. Does anyone know if this is typical? Repairable?

Long story short- roof is 65 feet across, 45 feet down the slope, very shallow slope (perhaps too shallow), the lap joint that runs horizontally across was done wrong years ago. Previous owner's contractor ran the sealing tape above the screws

My spa is a 2002 Regency Spas, made by National Equipment Mfg. Corp. The circuitboard system has no mfr. name anywhere. There are both a knob thermostat control on the box at the heater and a topside pushbutton control at tubside. The heater is electric Vulcan style
