I woke up this morning at 4am all ready to go shopping for the great

yesterday,  I had severe stomach cramps and I almost had to crawl to

I am finishing my basement.  I have a main trunk running down the
center of the house.  It looks like it can be raised up about 4 inches to
snug up against the first floor joists.  I need all the headroom I can
possibly get.

i am installing a chimney for a friend's wood burning stove, but it
sits in a part of the house above which is a flat, roof-top deck. how
do i run the chimney for this? straight through the roof? if so, how
high does the chimney need to be? if i go through-the-wall and then up,

I use an installer from HD to put in a large slider.  Afterward I read
about energy rebates that are available.   However, the required
certificates (NFRC, Energy Star, E4)had been removed from the slider.
Fortunately, my gas company will accept copies of the Andersen catalog
