My land tank is a 87 Dodge, with the 8 engine, and has about 150K miles.
Running about 8 or 9 MPG.
Recently had the tune up parts. Cap, rotor, sparks, air filter, fuel filter.
What else might help improve mileage?

I recently purchased an unfinished Pella "Carbonite" (fiberglass)
entry door. Today I decided to apply the first coat of gel stain. I
bought a Minwax gel stain that was not part of a door staining kit.

I have an old farmhouse in Mass and want to insulate the joists in the
basement. Each bay is irregular and there is a snake pit of wires and pipes

Okay, I need some good advice from some experts here.
Here's some background:
The house I moved into 3 years ago was remodeled and maintained in

I've got a 20+ year old home north of the Dallas Fort Worth airport with a
shower problem.  It is an all tile shower and the shower lining is leaking.
I've had trouble finding anybody that has experience with the these type

Redoing bathroom floor tile and tile baseboard.
I've been told that when laying the floor tile, I must leave a small
expansion gap between the tile and wall.  Can anyone confirm?:
