Any suggestions:
This will be for home use.
The toilet will need to be 15 1/2 inches or less from the center of the
mounting bolts to the front of the bowl.

Could someone please tell me if the Moen faucet stem model #1225B  is
compatible with #1225 ?  Ie. if I take a #1225B can I use it to replace

Recently I completely drained my combi boiler central heating system so that

does a submersible well pump need priming if water level in well drops too
low?  left my garden hose on overnight, now can't get pump to work. Maybe
well is dry, or pump is out of prime?

our water co hands out little plastic rulers with their name on them.
on the back it has some neat facts. It says:
a dripping faucet can waste 3 gallons a day 1095 gal a year.
A hole in a pipe  1/16" at 60psi will leak out 25,000 per month over 800 gal

We run our hot water heater on Economy 7 (cheap overnight electricity
in uk) and the last heater element I installed lasted just a couple of
months.  The one before that lasted less than 12 months and on
inspection the guy in the shop thought it was a few years old due to

I had a plumber tell me "Never put coffee grounds down the sink".
I don't know why,and I'm asking for your advice.
I have a septic tank. Would this make a difference?
