Hi...I am the Facilities guy at a 100 year old school (it was once a
hotel many years ago)...I don't have much plumbing experience...every
so often we get hot water coming out of the cold water taps...usually
it is lukewarm, but lately it has been very hot.

Could anyone give me a walk through on how to take off old pump and fit new
pump on a 20/80 RS Flowmatic Vokera Combi Boiler?

I have an existing solid fuel heating system and I want to connect up
an oil fired boiler to it.
Please advise on how I should plumb it, I believe I should use some
