Rats in the ceiling - repelling?27 Sep 2006 04:13 GMT27
Is there a way to repel rats from inside your ceiling space? I have
heard that possums dislike naphthalene and camphor. Is there anything
that rats dislike? I am definitely not putting rat poison in the
ceiling, so the little critters die in some hard-to-reach wall cavity,

Now that it's getting a bit colder at night (georgia), we are hearing a
lot
of noises coming from the roof and sometimes in the attic.

Tell me how to get rid of carpenter ants.24 Sep 2006 23:19 GMT1
We discovered carpenter ants in an outside wall in the bathroom. They are
getting into the house through an opening above the bathroom window that
was never sealed when the window was installed (before we bought the
house).

Silverfish eating my clothing20 Sep 2006 15:52 GMT1
I live in Southern CA and find multiple small holes in my clothes;
mostly woolen, but occasionally other fabrics.  The closet has
sea-grass carpeting and is partly cedar lined, but you would never know
it by the smell.  I think it's silverfish, but even with Dekko "cards"

Squirrels08 Sep 2006 15:21 GMT3
How can I decrease the squirrel population in my back yard?    I have an
inground pool.  The trees shading the pool are predominently pine trees.  The
pool is 35 years old and I have never had this problem before.  The squirrels
are eating the pine cones and dropping the remainder, ...

getting below the house and I'd like to find a way to get them to move away.
I've heard the coyote or fox urine spread around there home ...
