My home is about 25 years old. While doing some other repair work in my garage, a worked noted what he thought might be termites present in one of the walls. (He doesn't do pest control, so no incentive to "find" problems.)

I had subterranean termites in my woodwork and the pest control company treated the house with termidor. They claimed that they would treat the perimeter of the house, both under the crawl space and outside. They also claimed they would treat around each support pillar.
