I have a kitchen with glossy white paint. it seems very hard but I doubt if its epoxy.
I need to rough it up a bit. Roughing it with Scotchbright or snadpaper seems obvious but
a lot of work. I guess I need to try some solvents to see if I can get rid of the shine.
