I have a brick fireplace that is very drafty. The flue is shut, but
there are air leaks. So last weekend, I sealed the face of the

Hi I just got a house and a 30 year mortgage. I've been inundated by

a policy that will pay my mortgage for 6 months if I get fired. This

I am about to begin the closing on a new home purchase. A friend of
mine who has closed on 3 properties in the past is recommending that I

I have an underground fuel oil tank (it's a 1000 gal. fiberglass
sphere). Is there any economical level measurement system that would
work in this instance (I checked out one gauge from King-Gage, but they

We have had a whirlpool gas range with electronic ignition. The range
is about 7 years old and gives us trouble sparking the pilot light. It

We have a side by side whirpool refrigerator that is about 3 years old

we are seeing a lot of frost/ice build up in the top and walls of the

I'm in process of getting my existing hardwood floors refinished.
There were several spots that needed new wood and that was repaired.
So far, the floors have been sanded, stained, and two coats of finish
