Heat Pump questions (newbie here, please help)14 Jan 2006 12:18 GMT2
I just bought my first home in Minnesota, I moved from Texas, so winter
is new to me here. I have an outdoor heat pump and I noticed it has a
TON of ice around it, like a small ice rink, is this normal? On my
thermostat I can put it on Heat, Cool, Auto, or Elec Heat.

Neighbor Hitting Hard Balls into Yard w/ Kids12 Jan 2006 18:24 GMT9
My 40+ year old neighbor decided to get his very own basball pitching
machine and wack balls directly into my yard where my 2 and 4 year olds
play regularly. The machine pitches 50 - 60 mph semi-hard balls. I need
opinions or ideas on how to stop this ignorant person.
Owner financing relief is available :)12 Jan 2006 02:13 GMT8
Did you offer owner-financing in your home sale and are now collecting
monthly payments from your buyer?
Did you know that you can sell your contract and get a lump sum of
money and "wash your hands" of the property?

I'm trying to find out how old my refrigerator is. It is still working
although it leaves water on the floor which I wipe up periodically. It
still cools and freezes but I know it's on its way out. It's quite old
because it's olive green in color. Here are the specs from the ID tag

My 7 year old Fantom/Thunder vacuum just stopped working. The on-off switch
was not working (struck on on) for the past 1.5 years and we were just
plugging/unplugging it. Could this be repaired as DIY job?
TIA for any help
