Is this ethical?  Is this legal?  What can I do?15 Feb 2004 07:40 GMT20
Here is the situation, please let me know your thoughts.  This is a
particularly frustrating situation as buying a home in the Bay Area is
so tough, expensive, and competetive to begin with.  If you are making
a judgement, please also let me know what sort of experience/expertise
New Steel Front Door14 Feb 2004 15:53 GMT7
How do I add our house numbers to a steel door?  Does anyone sell
magnetized numbers or something. Our old door was wood so it was easy
to hammer the numbers and the knocker on there.
selling house less then a year after buying13 Feb 2004 22:37 GMT9
I bought a house last summer, mostly because I had the extra money and
knew I had another house (owned by my father who just passed away last
year) that i was going to sell, and I wanted to do something right
with the money I had rather then blow it.
Kohler Villager vs. Americast13 Feb 2004 14:25 GMT2
I will be remodeling two 30+ year old  bathrooms and would be interested in the
opinions of others who have or had either product.  Will have two American
Standard cast iron tubs removed for the remodel.  Those two tubs held up very
well all these years, but I understand American ...

Selling house without agent12 Feb 2004 23:00 GMT8
I have a potential buyer for my home who is willing to pay the price I
want, and I'm not really wanting to use an agent.
Has anyone had experience of selling a house themselves, or can anyone
recommend a book or resource that tells you how to proceed from now
Bosch dishwasher cycle problem12 Feb 2004 22:23 GMT5
I recently started having a problem with my Bosch 2-year old
dishwasher (SHU5315). When the time left indicator LED gets to 1
minute left, it just keeps going and going and never stops until I
manually cancel the cycle. It does this on all wash settings except
Gutter Ice Control12 Feb 2004 22:03 GMT24
In the US northern interior, depending on weather conditions,
ice buildup in gutters can lead to fascia and/or roof damage.
This year ice has been overflowing the gutters and refreezing
on the brick of my chimney and the cut stone front wall of the

at the end of the cooling cycle.
HEPA filter safety11 Feb 2004 23:03 GMT2
I have an air purifier which uses a HEPA filter to cycle air and remove

would like to be sure that no fibres are released into the ...

Remodeling Questions11 Feb 2004 13:48 GMT1
I own a townhouse, and am considering remodeling and redecorating it.  I
have no idea where to start.  I'd like to have a profesisonal take a look
at it and give me some ideas about what COULD be done with the interior
spaces.  I have some vague ideas about what I'd like, but I ...
