Should I be concerned when 7 of the last 9 light bulbs that have burned out in my house caused a breaker to trip? I can understand how it could happen, but this never happened in my last house.

I hope this is the right forum to ask this question, it was the most accurate looking one I could find. I am thinking about buying an older house that needs work done to it and remodel it and then sell for some profit, it does't have to be a huge amount but enough to be worth it.
